This is an initiative by NRIs to help the NRI community (ONLY NRI) living abroad, not in India, who are interested in purchasing properties in India.

We are a medium through which the property owners can show their properties to NRIs. Property owners who want to sell their property posts their property in this online database (nrireic.com). Our team of specialist (Lawyers and Retired Judges; Retired Revenue Officials like District Collectors and Megistrates, Joint Collectors, Sub Collectors; Retired Municipal Officials and other such local government bodies officials; Retired Government Surveyors) support the NRIs in the purchase of the properties end to end.

Our services are only for our NRI members and we offer the following services to our NIR members :

• Free logins for NRIs – only NRIs, who are living abroad, not in India.
• Documents verification Service – verification of the documents (complete documentation) to the best of the experience and knowledge of our legal experts.
• Physical verification of the documents to match their copies in the respective government offices, local bodies of the governments (Village Panchayats, Municipal Corporations, Registration Offices, Revenue Department Offices, etc) with the help of the retired government officials from the respective departments
• Legal opinion on the property by our legal experts
• Physical verification of the position of the property by the said property seller (owner)
• Physical verification of the dimensions of the proposed property as per the documents by our licensed surveyors
• Property evaluation – our Licenced/Approved Property Evaluators will evaluate the property as per the current local market.
• Assisting the buyer (NRI) al through in the successful transaction of the property deal in terms of documentation
